À parte, num tacho, misture o queijo parmesão com o requeijão ou o queijo magro. Junte o leite com a maizena e mexa sem parar com a colher de pau. Coloque o sal e o parmesão. Reserve a água das latas&lt;br /&gt; 2 tomates salada cortados em cubos pequenos&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola média picada&lt;br /&gt;1 cenoura fervida e picada em cubinhos&lt;br /&gt;1 iogurte magro&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de maionese light&lt;br /&gt; 1 colher de sobremesa de mostarda&lt;br /&gt;5 gotas de tabasco&lt;br /&gt;Algumas gotas de molho inglês&lt;br /&gt; sal&lt;br /&gt; 1/2 salsa picada&lt;br /&gt; 4 fatias de pão para torrar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Retire o atum das latas e junte-os com os ingredientes sólidos, misturando-os bem sem quebrar o atum. Disponha em uma tigela. À parte junte os restantes ingredientes, menos a salsa. Bata até formar um molho homogéneo e despeje-o sobre a tigela. Deite a salsa por cima e sirva acompanhada das torradas, embebidas na água do atum antes de torradas. Misture os demais ingredientes: pepino em fatias finas, sumo de limão, cebola picada e pimenta.
